   My family and I are regular customers of Brooklyn Pizza at Ortigas. This evening at around 10 pm, we had a very bad experience. One of their personnel by the name of Glaisa dropped the tray of pizza on the countertop after taking my order. In stronger terms in Tagalog, she was “nagdadabog” because I told here earlier that we (my husband and I) were waiting for a long time for someone to get our orders. I would have let this incident pass if only she apologized, but aside from her rude behavior, she had such a long face.

   Your pizzas are good, but you need to have a system for taking orders. You also need to teach your service crew how to deal with customers.
