   We settled and paid our order of 12 boxes 14″ pizzas & 8 bottles of 1.5 L Coke yesterday, Sept. 25, 2008. Delivery date must be Sept. 26, 2008 ON OR BEFORE 11:30am at my kids’ school because lunch break is 11:00am to 12:00nn.

   Unfortunately, Yellow cab Harrison arrived at 11:50am. Time is VERY CRUCIAL. My kid has just 10mins to spare. Please note that it was booked a day before the scheduled delivery. This must be given priority. We were very confident Yellow cab is a reliable company but you DID NOT MEET our expectations.

   Ms. Marjorie L. Calzada did all the apologies but nothing can be done. You are already damaged.

   I remember Pizza Hut’s slogan: “Hate Late? We deliver on time or your next pizza is free!” It makes us customers feel important. What about Yelllow Cab? Did you make us feel important?

   Please look into the details and give proper demerits to your manager and staff. We hope you give this your special attention.
